For this project, we carried out a complete roof renovation because the existing roof was fully affected by wood rot and aging. The roof structure was in poor condition, making a complete replacement necessary to ensure the safety and durability of the home.
During the work, we removed the entire old roof, including the rotten roof beams and damaged decking. Subsequently, a completely new roof structure was constructed using sturdy new roof beams and new decking. The fascia boards were also replaced and neatly finished, giving the roof a well-maintained and modern appearance once again.
After the repair work, the roof is once again fully strong, safe, and resistant to all weather conditions for years to come.
