For this project, we professionally overlaid the existing roof with a new layer of bitumen roofing. Overlaying is an efficient solution when the underlying roof structure is still in good condition. This makes the roof completely watertight again without the need to remove the entire roofing.
In addition to overlaying the roof, new plastisol capping strips have also been installed. These capping strips ensure a clean finish to the roof edges and offer extra protection against moisture and weather influences. Plastisol is known for its durable coating, long lifespan, and low-maintenance properties.
As a result of this work, the roof is optimally protected again and has immediately acquired a neat, well-maintained appearance.
